Skeleton shenanigans

Winchester resident Erin Garza stands with her Home Depot-purchased skeletons in the front yard of her Winchester home in a scene titled “Bring On The Rain” Thursday. Garza has been using her skeletons to create a daily vignette she calls “Skeleton Shenanigans” that brings them to life. She changes the display each day and will continue through Sept. 30. Past episodes have been laundry day, a day at the pool, a Caribbean party with limbo contest, a tribute to the first responders of 9/11, and a tug-of-war contest. On Oct. 1 she plans to create a display with the skeletons helping her unbox her Halloween decorations. Her home is located at Handley Avenue and Miller Street near Handley High School.
